Code of Professional Conduct
I will hold the client’s identity and specific information about them in the strictest confidence except when released by them in writing or specifically required by law. The client has a right to waive this confidentiality agreement in whole or in part at any time.
I will conduct my business in an ethical manner which includes appropriate behaviour, compassion, doing the right thing, freedom from conflicts of interest, honesty as well as looking, acting and speaking like a professional.
To further a client’s wellbeing I may suggest a referral to another practitioner. I will receive no fees for making such a referral and the client is under no obligation to see the referred practitioner.
I will keep up to date with current trends in my field through continuing education.
